• Financial Data: M-Pesa phone numbers and payment processing details required to process transactions and handle escrow payments. We utilize secure third-party payment processors and do not store sensitive credit card data.
• Communication Data: Content of messages exchanged between Brands and Creators via our in-app messaging feature (which are securely encrypted).

This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. • To send transactional communications. Including order confirmations, verification OTPs via SMS and email, and important platform updates.

• Other Users: When a Brand hires a Creator, necessary information (like name, profile details, and project requirements) is shared between the specific parties to fulfill the contract.
• Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us (e.g., TextSMS for SMS OTPs, Resend for emails, payment gateways for transaction facilitation).
